Usage Instructions
Using the TriggyHand is easy and straight forward.
Please, read the instructions below before use and watch the instructional videos (here - available soon).
1 Set the middle finger of the TriggyHand arm onto a chosen spot on your body.
2 Fix the other end of the TriggyHand arm into one of the holes on the wall bracket.
3 Lean into the direction of the arm to create pressure on your body. Caution: do not lean sideways!
4 Keep your hand near the contact point to maintain better balance.
5 When you are finished, press the TriggyHand arm into the placeholder on the wall bracket. The shaft of the TriggyHand arm starts widening up just a little bit at about 2 cm before its ending. Press the arm into the wall bracket just below this point. If you prefer a firmer grip, go closer to the ending.
Tip: tie a shoelace near the hand of the TriggyHand arm to prevent it from falling on the floor. Take the other end of the shoelace in your hand.
